LUBERT-ADLER is a Philadelphia-based real estate private equity firm specializing in redevelopments through joint ventures with local operating partners. Co-founded by Ira Lubert and Dean Adler in 1997, Lubert-Adler invests in all property types throughout North America. Since its inception, Lubert-Adler has redeveloped nearly $300 million of residential real estate in 17 properties throughout Center City Philadelphia.
ALLAN DOMB has been involved in the Center City luxury condominium market since 1980, when he essentially introduced the Philadelphia real estate market to the advantages of condominium living. Today, the name Allan Domb Real Estate is synonymous with Center City luxury condominiums. The developer of The Lanesborough and the WB Saunders Building (now known as 220 West Washington Square), the company enjoys national recognition as Philadelphia’s primary realtor for luxury condominiums. Having purchased a majority share of the historic Barclay Hotel on Rittenhouse Square, which spaces were sold as luxury condominiums, Domb also remains involved in the re-development of and major capital improvements to The Barclay.
DAVID G. MARSHALL is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amerimar Realty Company. After a long association with the Bass brothers as President of both Bass Brothers Realty and, later, Ameribass Realty, Mr. Marshall acquired Ameribass Realty in 1987 and renamed it Amerimar Realty. Significant real estate projects in Philadelphia and nationwide include: the Rittenhouse Hotel and Condominiums and the Dorchester Apartments, Philadelphia; 666 Fifth Avenue, New York; Pier 39, San Francisco; two Jack Nicklaus-designed residential golf resorts in Vail, CO and Scottsdale, AZ and the 2.5 million square foot mixed-use Denver Place, in downtown Denver, CO.
